Koji started his own restaurant business in San Francisco about 23 years ago. The
name of his first restaurant venture was The Ramen Club after a substantial success
in the Bay Area he had the opportunity to expand and open his second restaurant,
The Kaimuki Grill. Again through his demanding quality control, work ethics and
unwillingness to compromise his recipes through the use of inferior ingredients, he
was again able to expand to a third restaurant two years ago, Chibaken of Hawaii.
Come in meet the staff, sample the food, make new friends and become part of our

Hours of Operation
Chibaken is open 7 days a week, Sunday trough Thursday from 5:30PM to 11:30PM and Friday and
Saturday open till 2:00AM
